We’re back! We were not able to send out an October or November newsletter as we were in the midst of on-boarding some new staff due to some unexpected vacancies.
As OCO’s number one priority is to ensure One Care members have access to One Care benefits and services, we focused our resources and attention on responding to and addressing member’s questions, concerns and complaints during that period. That meant temporarily suspending publishing the OCO newsletter.
We are happy to report that we have secured additional staff support and are, just in time for the holidays, continuing to publish the OCO newsletter: The Ombudsman.
