First, we learn about you and your healthcare needs. You can ask us questions and get answers about your health plan.

“Problem Solving
If our consultation session doesn’t adequately solve your problem, we help you review your options and find solutions.

“Mediation
If further help is needed, we send a mediator to work with you and your doctor or care representative to problem solve.
”
“Learn about Appeals
If your problem is still not solved, If none of the previous options solve your issue, we will show you how to file an appeal and what to expect during the appeal process.
”
“Get a Referral
If you decide to go forward with the appeal or grievance, we then refer to information and problem resolution resources, including formal grievance and appeal processes and legal services.
